Orange Beer Butter Roasted Chicken

- 4-6 pound whole chicken
- orange, cut in 4
- 1 bottle
- beer, any
- 1/2 stick
- 1/4 c
- all purpose chicken seasoning, any kind
1Rinse whole chicken, place in a roasting pan.
2sprinkle with the seasoning inside and out, stuff with the orange pieces, divide the butter equally and place under the skin of the breast.
3Pour beer all around the pan, and bake at 350 degrees 1.5 hours, basting a couple times...until skin is golden crispy and chicken is done.
