I found this in a magazine--it came from frenchsfoods.com. Very crispy onion crust coats the chicken for a different taste--delicious!

chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
1 1/3 c
french fried onions or cheddar french fried onions

egg, beaten

Directions Step-By-Step

Place french fried onions into plastic bag. Lightly crush with hands or with rolling pin.

Dip chicken into egg; then coat with onion pieces. Place chicken on baking sheet.

Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes, turning halfway through baking time
