- french fried onions or cheddar french fried onions
- egg, beaten
1Place french fried onions into plastic bag. Lightly crush with hands or with rolling pin.
2Dip chicken into egg; then coat with onion pieces. Place chicken on baking sheet.
3Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes, turning halfway through baking time
