My co-worker gave me this recipe with a note on it "Make sure you try this one!" So I knew it was good. She is a great cook.

Ingredients

1 Tbsp
vegable oil
1 3/4 c
(14 oz) chicken broth
1 pkg
(16 oz) frozen broccoli,carrot & calflower mix
1 can(s)
(10-3/4 oz) cream of chicken soup
3/4 c
grated parmesan cheese, divided
3/4 lb
boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1" chunks
3-3/4 c
(6 0z) light'n'fluffy wide egg noodles, uncooked
1/4 tsp
ground black pepper
3/4 c
of milk

Directions Step-By-Step

In a 5-qt saucepan over medium heat, heat oil; add chicken. Cook 5 minutes or until no pink. Add broth; heat to boiling. Add uncooked noodles, vegetables and pepper, stirring to coat noodles with liquid. Heat to boiling; reduce heat.

Meanwhile, in medium bowl, stir together soup, milk and 1/2 cup cheese until smooth; stir into chicken mixture. Heat through; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
