- condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c
- 3/4 c
- uncooked long grain rice
- 1/4 tsp
- each paprika and black pepper
- 1 1/4 lb
- skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1Stir the soup, water, rice and seasonings in an 11x8x2 inch baking dish. Top with chicken. Season with additional pepper and paprika.
2Cover dish and bake 375 for 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and rice is tender.
3Let stand 10 minutes. Stir rice before serving.
