I have made this for many years,and it is so good but great for company.Easy and very flavorfull.My daughter's best friend BEGS me to make this for her.

Ingredients For my own chicken divan

  • 4
    chicken breasts, whole,cooked and deboned and shredded
  • 1 c
    shredded sharp chedder cheese
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c
    hellman's mayonase
  • 2 tsp
    curry powder/more or less as desired
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pkg
    frozen brocolli spears/large size,or fresh

How To Make my own chicken divan

    Cook brocolli till almost done
  • 2
    Lay brocoli in a casserole dish
  • 3
    Place chicken shedded on top of the brocolli spears
  • 4
    Mix very well:mayonase,soup,and seasonings together
  • 5
    Pour sauce over top of the cooked chicken

    Top with shredded chedder cheese

    COVER WITH FOIL

    Bake in a preheated oven about 25-30 minutes till hot and chedder is melted over all.

    Serve over cooked rice {I like Basmatti long grain,for best taste and fluffy texture}
