Ingredients For mom's shrimp scampi #1

1 bagshrimp, peeled, deveined & tails off

2 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

1 stickbutter
-
1/2 cflour
-
salt & pepper, to taste

1 tspgarlic powder

4 clovegarlic, minced

1/4 clemon juice
-
1 canchicken broth
-
1/4 cparsley
-
1 boxangel hair pasta
How To Make mom's shrimp scampi #1

1Prepare pasta according to directions on package.

2Preheat skillet to medium heat.

3In a ziplock bag, combine flour, salt, pepper & garlic powder. Place shrimp in bag & shake until coated with the seasoned flour.

4Place in skillet, cook 1 minute per side. To skillet, add garlic, broth to thicken sauce, parsley; mix well. Cook until shrimp are opaque. Can serve angel hair pasta or eat plain.
