How To Make *** mom's savory cheese soup ***

1In a crock pot, combine the first eight ingredients. Cover & cook on LOW for 7 - 8 hours.

2Combine flour & water until smooth; stir into soup. Cover & cook on HIGH 30 minutes longer or until soup is thickened.

3Stir in cream cheese & cheddar cheese until blended. Stir in beer. Cover & cook on LOW until heated through. Serve with desired toppings.
