- whole chicken, defrosted if bought frozen
- seasoned salt
- garlic salt
- black pepper, ground
- table salt, optional
- cooking spray
1Preheat oven to 425 degrees. And spray a roasting pan with a lid with the spray. NO need to spray the lid usually.
2PLace chicken in the pan and sprinkle evenly and somewhat liberally with the spices. Cover and bake for 90 minutes.
3Check chicken for doneness. If the chicken is cooked thru the skin should be crisp. If not crisp, remove lid and bake an extra 10 minutes. Serve.
