Mom's Roasted Chicken- no fuss

My mom's recipe except I omit the table salt to reduce sodium. Very flavorful.

Ingredients

1
whole chicken, defrosted if bought frozen
seasoned salt
garlic salt
black pepper, ground
table salt, optional
cooking spray

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. And spray a roasting pan with a lid with the spray. NO need to spray the lid usually.

PLace chicken in the pan and sprinkle evenly and somewhat liberally with the spices. Cover and bake for 90 minutes.

Check chicken for doneness. If the chicken is cooked thru the skin should be crisp. If not crisp, remove lid and bake an extra 10 minutes. Serve.
