Ingredients For *** mom's lemon thyme chicken ***

    mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp
    thyme, fresh, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon zest, grated
  • 1
    cooked deli chicken (plain rotisserie chicken)

How To Make *** mom's lemon thyme chicken ***

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    In small bowl, mix mayo, mustard, thyme & lemon zest.

    Place chicken in roasting pan on roasting rack. Use pastry brush to brush mayo mixture all over chicken. Roast 15 minutes or until heated through.
