Ingredients For *** mom's lemon chicken #2 ***

  • chicken pieces
  • salt a& pepper, to taste
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 tsp
    oregano, dried
  • 1/2 tsp
    basil, dried
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder with parsley
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    lemon rind, grated
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice, fresh

How To Make *** mom's lemon chicken #2 ***

    Preheat oven to 325 degree F.

    In medium bowl, combine soup, oregano, basil, garlic, rind & juice, mix well.

    Place chicken in greased 13 x 9" baking dish, salt & pepper chicken, then pour mixture over chickn & bake for 1 1/2 hours.
