Mexican Chicken Casserole.

If you don't want to use the whole chicken use 4 chicken breasts.

Ingredients

bag of fritos
1
whole chicken, boiled, deboned and shredded
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s)
ro-tel
1/2 pkg
velvetta

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350
2Mix the chicken with cream of mushroom soup, and rotel
3Lightly smash into big pieces 1/2 the bag of fritos
4Add to mixture. Put mixture into a 13x9 casserole/cake pan.
5Layer with the remaining corn chips.
6Top with thinly sliced velvetta.
7Cover with aluminum foil except the last five minutes.
