Ingredients For meditterean chicken

2 Tbspall purpose flour
-
pinchcayenne pepper
-
2 Tbspolive oil
-
3 lgchicken breast,thinly sliced
-
juice of 1/2 lemon plus 4 slices
-
1/3 cpitted sliced kalamata olives
-
1/3 cpitted green olives
-
3 tspfresh chopped italian parsley
-
1/2 tspkosher salt
-
2 tspbutter
-
fresh pepper to taste
-
2 lgsliced cloves of garlic
How To Make meditterean chicken

1Combine flour & cayenne pepper and dredge chicken

2Heat olive oil on medium heat & place dredged chicken in hot skillet & cook until golden brown , about 3 min.

3Turn chicken over & add lemon juice, slices of lemon, garlic, olives, 1 1/2 TBS. parsley & salt & pepper

4Cook for 8-10 min., stirring occasionally so garlic won't burn

5Add butter to pan, shaking to combine the sauce

6Place chicken on a serving dish, pour olive mixture over the top

7Garnish with remaining parsley
