Pan Fry

Ingredients

2 Tbsp
all purpose flour
pinch
cayenne pepper
2 Tbsp
olive oil
3 large
chicken breast,thinly sliced
juice of 1/2 lemon plus 4 slices
1/3 c
pitted sliced kalamata olives
1/3 c
pitted green olives
3 tsp
fresh chopped italian parsley
1/2 tsp
kosher salt
2 tsp
butter
fresh pepper to taste
2 large
sliced cloves of garlic

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine flour & cayenne pepper and dredge chicken

Heat olive oil on medium heat & place dredged chicken in hot skillet & cook until golden brown , about 3 min.

Turn chicken over & add lemon juice, slices of lemon, garlic, olives, 1 1/2 TBS. parsley & salt & pepper

Cook for 8-10 min., stirring occasionally so garlic won't burn

Add butter to pan, shaking to combine the sauce

Place chicken on a serving dish, pour olive mixture over the top

Garnish with remaining parsley
