    8 oz container plain, low-fat yogurt
  • 1/3 c
    crumbled feta cheese w/ sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp
    lemon zest
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 2 tsp
    dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 lb
    boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1"-pieces
  • 1 lg
    red onion, cut into wedges
  • 1 lg
    green bell pepper, cut into 1-1/2"-pieces

How To Make marinated greek chicken kebabs

    In a lg shallow baking dish, mix together yogurt, feta cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, oregano and salt. Place chicken pieces in mix.

    Cover, refrigerate 3 hrs, turning occasionally. Oil grill grates. Heat grill to high. Thread chicken, onion and green bell pepper onto skewers. Discard marinade.

    Grill skewers until chicken is no longer pink.
