Ingredients

boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 c
sour cream
1/4 c
lemon juice
4 tsp
worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp
salt
2 tsp
celery salt
2 tsp
paprika
1 tsp
pepper
1/2 tsp
garlic salt
1 1/2 c
butter cracker crumbs
1 1/2 c
saltine cracker crumbs
1 c
melted butter

Step-By-Step

1Rinse the chicken and pat dry.
2Combine the sour cream, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, salt, celery salt, paprika, pepper and garlic salt in a shallow dish and mix well.
3Add the chicken, turning to coat. Chill, covered for 8 to 10 hours, turning occasionally.
4Roll the chicken in a mixture of the butter crackers and saltine crackers. Arrange in a shallow baking pan.
5Drizzle with ½ of the butter mixture. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
6Drizzle with the remaining butter. Bake for 45 minutes longer or until cooked through.
