How To Make marinades for meat

  • Step 1
FOR ANY OF THESE MARINADES...I would let them marinate in a ziplock bag for at least 4 hours or overnight to get the full flavor!
  • Step 2
SOUTHWESTERN SPICE SIZZLE: Combine 1/2 C Italian salad dressing, 2 tbsp lime juice, zest of 1 lime, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp cumin. Great for chicken or pork chops!
  • Step 3
GARLIC BOURBON: Blend 1/2 C bourbon, 1/4 C molasses, 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar & 2 tsp minced garlic. Great for boneless steaks!
  • Step 4
ZESTY CAESAR: Mix 1/2 C caesar vinaigrette salad dressing, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp lemon zest & 1/2 tsp pepper. Great with chicken breasts!
  • Step 5
GINGER SESAME: Combine 1/2 C orange juice, 1/4 C teriyaki sauce, 1 tbsp toastes sesame oil, 2 tsp minced garlic, 2 tsp peeled & minced fresh ginger. Great for chicken or flank steak!
  • Step 6
DIJON MAPLE: Blend 1/2 C italian salad dressing, 1 tbsp dijon mustard, 2 tbsp maple syrup, 1/2 tsp dried thyme, 1/4 tsp pepper. Great for chicken or pork cutlets!
