Directions
Pour the barbecue sauce in a small bowl and add sugar and Tabasco Sauce and mix together (the barbecue sauce should taste sweet with a hint of spice)Put a piece of tin foil in the bottom of baking dish and brush a light layer of sauce over it this will help it from not sticking to the bottom and makes for an easy clean-upCut peppers and onion into thin strips and spread them evenly on the bottom of the dish (I put them on the top but it is easier if they are on the bottom)Take excess fat off of chicken if there is any then place the chicken on top of the vegetablesPut a layer of sauce over the chicken and bake in a 375 degree oven for a half hourWhen the half hour is up take it out and check the temp it should be 165 degrees if it isn't put another layer of sauce over it and put it back in for another 15 minutes or until chicken reaches 165 degreesIf you have any sauce left over put another layer of it over the chicken and serveEnjoy!!
