Ingredients

1/2 c
maple syrup
2 tsp
dejun mustard
1 tsp
grated orange zest
1 Tbsp
white vinegar
1 tsp
tyme

bone in, skin on, split chicken breast
salt and pepper to your taste
1 Tbsp
vegetable oil

Directions Step-By-Step

preheat oven to 475

wisk maple syrup, mustard, orange zest, vingar and tyme in a medium bowl

pat chicken dry with a paper towl

season with salt and pepper

heat oil i an oven safe skillet over midium heat

cook skin side down for 5 minutes

turn skin side up and transfer to the oven

cook for 15 minutes or until golden brown

transfer chiken to plate

tent with foil

pour out any fat in skillet and maple mixmin pan over medium heat for 3 minutes(stir often)

season with salt and pepper

retern chicken to pan and glaze
