Maple-Glazed Chicken

I don't even know where I got this recipe from -- I would have thought from one of the Taste of Home's family of magazines, but I can't find it on their website. So, it goes up the old-fashioned way. And it's pretty good, uniquely flavored, and fairly easy.

2 lb
chicken breasts
1 c
maple syrup
2/3 c
chili sauce
1/2 c
onion, finely chopped
2 Tbsp
dijon mustard
2 tsp
worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp
crushed red pepper flakes

Directions Step-By-Step

In a large resealable plastic bag or shallow glass container, combine all ingredients, except chicken. Add chicken to marinade and turn to coat. Seal bag or cover container; refrigerate for 4 hours, turning occasionally. Drain and discard marinade. Bake at 375*F for 30 - 40 minutes.
