Maple & dijon flavored chicken
boneless, skinless chicken breasts
crushed red pepper
Heat oil in lg skillet over med-high heat. Cook chicken in skillet until cooked through. Remove chicken and keep warm.
Cook shallots and garlic in same skillet, stirring, until tender. Stir in broth, syrup mustard and red pepper.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cook until slightly thickened, about 10 mins. Serve sauce over chicken.
