Lynne's Notes:
My Pampered Chef lady made this at my last show. It went over so well that I made it for a pot luck at work. It got raves! The original recipe calls for Monterey Jack cheese, but I only had Cheddar on hand. It was great!

Directions

1
Put chicken breasts into microwavable covered pan
2
Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons Buffalo rub
3
Microwave 10-12 minutes or until cooked through
4
Shred the meat, set aside
5
Mix together soup, milk, garlic, cream cheese, 1 cup cheddar cheese, and remaining Buffalo Rub (adjust amount to taste)
6
Pour over chicken, mix well
7
Put into heat proof serving dish
8
Sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
9
Bake 10-15 minutes (microwave 4-5 minutes) until bubbly and cheese is melted.
10
Serve with crackers, chips, and/or veggies
