Ingredients For lowcountry cinnamon chicken

1/2 craisins

2 mdapples, peeled, cored & chopped fine

1/2 calmonds, slivered
-
1 canwater chestnuts, chopped fine

3/4 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1 stickbutter, melted
-
1 tspcinnamon, or more to taste

2 tspcurry powder

8chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
How To Make lowcountry cinnamon chicken

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Mix all ingredients (except chicken) in a medium bowl.

3Pound out chicken breasts until very thin. Place a full Tbsp of apple mixture on each chicken breast. Bring up corners & secure with toothpick. Turn over & place in medium-sized baking dish.

4Place remaining apple mixture on top of each breast. Cover tightly with foil & bake for 35 - 40 minutes, basting at least twice with juices.
