Place chicken breasts in saucepan over medium-low heat. Pour 1 cup BBQ sauce over chicken, let simmer until no longer pink, about 5-7 min. Cool, dice chicken. Cook pasta as directed, drain, run under cold water. Drain again. In lg bowl, whisk together remaining BBQ sauce w/ mayonnaise until combined. Mix in cumin and diced chicken. Place all other ingredients in bowl and fold gently to combine w/ dressing. Serve warm, or chilled.
