Tender pieces of chicken in a honey-mustard sauce, and it's low-calorie!! Calories: 199.6 Fat: 4.9 grams. Carbs 16 grams. I usually serve w/ a nice big salad!

Ingredients

1 lb
boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 large
onion, sliced
3 tsp
minced garlic
2 Tbsp
organic honey
1/4 c
dijon mustard
1 Tbsp
coarse-grain mustard
2 tsp
tomato paste
1 Tbsp
red wine vinegar
2 tsp
olive oil, extra virgin
1/4 tsp
pepper
1 pinch
cayenne pepper
2
sliced green onions

Directions Step-By-Step

Spray a 4-quart slow-cooker w/ olive oil cooking spray. Place chicken in bottom of cooker.

In lg bowl, mix all other ingredients along w/ 1/2 cup water. Leave green onions for garnish.

Cover, cook on low for 7 hrs, stirring occasionally. Garnish w/ green onions.
