- boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 pkg
- of 1 oz pkg, ranch dressing mix
- 2 c
- crispy rice cereal
- 1/4 c
- grated parmesan cheese
- egg whites, beaten
- 2 Tbsp
1Heat oven to 375. Spry a baking sheet w/ cooking spray. In a shallow bowl, mix cereal, ranch dressing mix and parmesan cheese.
2Dip chicken into egg whites, then roll in cereal mix to coat evenly. Place chicken on baking sheet. Drizzle w/ butter.
3Bake for 30-35 mins, or until no longer pink inside.
