Ingredients

4
boneless chicken breasts
4 slice
ham (deli sliced or fresh smoked)
4 slice
swiss cheese (or whatever type cheese you like)
italian bread crumbs
pam (or other cooking spray)

Step-By-Step

1Turn on oven to 375 degrees. Spray a small roasting pan with Pam (or other cooking spray).
2Slice chicken breast lengthwise to make a deep pocket (almost in 1/2). Unfold and layer ham and cheese inside pocket of chicken. Fold chicken to cover ham & cheese. Place filled chicken breasts into roasting pan. Sprinkle top with Italian bread crumbs. Spray with cooking spray.
3Bake uncovered for 45 min. to an hour (depending on size of chicken breast) until cooked through. Serve with vegetable & garlic bread. Yummy and not over the top in calories!!

Note: Can add spinach and/or mushrooms as stuffing to make the chicken yummier, and still be healthy!!
