Rub the chicken down with the salt and spices, and arrange in the crock pot.
Add the garlic, onion, lime zest, and chilies.
Pour juice over all the chicken.
Cook on low for 5 hours in your crock pot.
Top it off with fresh green onion or cilantro. I like to have a spread of sides from tortilla's, cilantro lime rice, sour cream, sauteed zucchini's, tomatoes & jalapeno's.....the flavor possibilities are endless!
