Lemon Pesto Chicken

Ingredients

2 Tbsp
olive oil
1 lb
boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
2 Tbsp
lemon juice
1 1/2 c
milk
1
package of knorr creamy pesto sauce mix
1/2 c
grated parmesan cheese
8 oz
pasta, cooked and drained

Step-By-Step

1Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and brown the chicken, stirring occasionally.
2Stir in lemon juice and cook for 1 minute.
3Stir in milk and sauce mix and bring to a boil.
4Stir in cheese.
5Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 3 minutes.
6Toss sauce with hot pasta.
