Ingredients

6
chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
2 Tbsp
butter, melted
1 Tbsp
lemon juice
1 tsp
garlic salt
1 Tbsp
parsley flakes

Step-By-Step

1Place chicken in shallow roasting pan.
Stir together all other ingredients.
Pour over chicken.
2Add sliced Lemons if desired. Cover dish with foil or lid and bake at 325 F for 40 minutes or until fork tender and juices run clear.
3If chicken needs some color remove lid and place under broiler until golden. This should only take a minute or two. Enjoy!
