chicken breasts, boneless
olive oil, extra virgin
in a small saucepan, combine oil and garlic. cook for 1 minute on medium low heat.
add broth, zest, juice, oregano, thyme and salt and pepper.
pour into a 9x13 inch pan. add the chicken. brush the tops of the chicken with olive oil. salt and pepper them to taste.
cut 1 lemon into wedges and add around the chicken. bake at 400 for 30-40 minutes.
