seasoning salt
1 tsp

pepper
1/4 c

oil
SAUCE

juice of one fresh lemon
1 Tbsp

soya sauce
1/2 c

water
2 Tbsp

white sugar
2 Tbsp

cornstarch
1 Tbsp

grated lemon peel

How To Make lemon chicken

Heat oil in pan,salt & pepper chicken brown chicken

Mix sauce ingredients together when using fresh lemon microwave it 20 seconds on high before squeezing

Add to chicken cover & simmer 25 mins baste with sauce serve with rice or any side we had roast potatoes tonight
