LaWanda's Spicy Garlic Wings



I know they're are enough chicken wings recipes out there to shake a wing at but I make mine just a little bit different and wanted to share with you. The spiciness depends on hot much cayenne and hot sauce you use,so use your descretion.
The small amount of hot sauce mixing with the flour makes a crispy crust. Do not drain the wings after marinating them.

pinch tips: How to Quarter a Chicken


chicken wings,i like to split them into 2 pieces
salt,to taste
black pepper,to taste
granulated garlic
cayenne pepper
liquid hot sauce
canola oil
3-4 whole garlic cloves

Directions Step-By-Step

Season wings with salt,pepper,cayenne and garlic and sprinkle with hot sauce. Place in a zip lock bag,mush around and let marinade overnight.
Season flour with salt,pepper and cayenne. Heat oil and garlic cloves in a cast iron skillet or deep fryer until hot. Dredge wings in flour and fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy. If garlic gets very brown during cooking ,remove. Sprinkle wings lightly with salt as soon as they're done.
