LaWanda's Spicy Garlic Wings
The small amount of hot sauce mixing with the flour makes a crispy crust. Do not drain the wings after marinating them.

Season flour with salt,pepper and cayenne. Heat oil and garlic cloves in a cast iron skillet or deep fryer until hot. Dredge wings in flour and fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy. If garlic gets very brown during cooking ,remove. Sprinkle wings lightly with salt as soon as they're done.
