Ingredients

1 lb
chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1 can(s)
diced tomatoes with garlic and olive oil (15 oz.)
2
zucchini
1
green pepper
salt & pepper to taste
vegetable spiral pasta (prepared according to package directions)
1/4 c
black olives chopped
1/4 c
parmesan cheese, grated
2 - 3 dash(es)
oregano

Step-By-Step

1Cut chicken into small pieces and cook in large pan over medium-high heat until white
2Dice zucchini, chop onions and cut peppers into chunks while chicken is cooking
3Add tomatoes and all fresh vegetables to cooked chicken and cook until vegetables are slightly tender. Do not over cook
4Season with salt and pepper
5Serve over pasta and garnish with fresh grated Parmesan cheese, oregano, and sliced black olives according to taste
