Here is a crowd pleasing Crockpot recipe. Cut the chicken and serve over your choice of pasta with a side of broccoli. The sauce is delicious over both!

Ingredients

1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
3/4 c
chicken broth, unsalted
1
italian salad dressing mix
2 lb
boneless skinless chicken breasts (frozen) - about 3 - 4 breasts
1
cream cheese soft 16 oz. carton

Step-By-Step

1In a medium sized bowl whisk together soup, dressing mix, and 1/2 cup chicken broth
2Rinse frozen chicken enough to remove packaging and place in Crockpot
3Pour mixture slowly over chicken
4Cook on low for six hours
5Using a slotted utensil, remove chicken from cooker and cover with foil.
6Blend cream cheese and 1/4 cup chicken broth together then stir into sauce in cooker
7Carefully replace chicken and turn cooker to high for 30 minutes.
8Cut chicken into small chunks and serve with sauce over your choice of pasta
