1-3/4 ccrushed kellog's cornflake crumbs

1 lgegg

1 cfat-free milk

1 cflour

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper

3 lbchicken pieces, pat dry.

3 Tbspbutter, melted
How To Make kellog's crispy chicken

1Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray a shallow baking pan w/ cooking spray.

2Place cornflake crumb in a lg shallow dish or bowl. In another bowl, slightly beat egg w/ milk. Add flour, salt and pepper, mix until sooth.

3Dip chicken pieces in batter, then roll in crumb mix. Place chicken in single layer in pan, drizzle w/ butter. Bake about 45 min, or until no longer pink inside.
