Ingredients For kellog's crispy chicken

  • 1-3/4 c
    crushed kellog's cornflake crumbs
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 1 c
    fat-free milk
  • 1 c
    flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 3 lb
    chicken pieces, pat dry.
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter, melted

How To Make kellog's crispy chicken

    Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray a shallow baking pan w/ cooking spray.

    Place cornflake crumb in a lg shallow dish or bowl. In another bowl, slightly beat egg w/ milk. Add flour, salt and pepper, mix until sooth.

    Dip chicken pieces in batter, then roll in crumb mix. Place chicken in single layer in pan, drizzle w/ butter. Bake about 45 min, or until no longer pink inside.
