- thick slices of whole wheat bread
- 2 oz
- cream cheese, low-fat
- 4 Tbsp
- mayonnaise, light
- 8 oz
- cooked sliced chicken
- slices of cheddar cheese
- avocado peeled,stoned and sliced
- 1 Tbsp
1spread each slice of bread with cream cheese then mayonnaise.Top with chicken and cheese.Cook under a preheated grill or toaster oven for 2 to 3 minutes or until its melted.
2Top with avocado ,sprinkle with chives and serve imediatly.
