this is one of the juiciest,mouth watering and tasty chickens ever

Ingredients

whole chicken
1
onion
1
lemon
3 clove
garlic
1/2 stick
butter room temperature
salt

Directions Step-By-Step

starting the night before salt the inside and outside of chicken and stuff with cut up lemon, onion and garlic cloves.
wrap with plastic wrap.

take out about 20-30 minutes before cooking so that it wont be so cold. smear butter over whole chicken. dont miss any spots. apply salt all over chicken.

bake at 425 until done

She's right, to marinate is key. letting it not be so cold is correct also, but I didn't need as much salt and I used olive oil instead of butter. Timing & temp is correct. I chose to cover with aluminum foil last 25min of cooking. I let it rest for 15-20 after removal from oven.
Chicken was totally done and juicy....yum!
