Juanice Turnipseed Mother's Chicken Casserole

Juanice gave me this recipe over 30 years ago. I still make it today and do my children for their children.

1 pkg
peppridge farm stuffing mix (8 oz bag - smaller bag)
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
1 can(s)
chicken broth (maybe a little more if you like soupy casserole)
1 stick
2 c
roasted and diced chicken (about 4 breast)

Directions Step-By-Step

Melt butter and pour over stuffing. Combine soups and broth (I use blender) Layer 1/4 of stuffing mix, all of chicken. Pour soup mixture over chicken. Add the remaining stuffing on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Makes one large casserole.
