Ingredients

1 lb
chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, cut in one inch cubes
1 lb
smoke sausage or kielbasa, sliced
1 lb
cooked shrimp
28oz can(s)
crushed tomatoes
1 medium
onion, chopped
1 large
green pepper, chopped
1 c
chicken broth
1/2 c
white wine, optional
2 tsp
oregano
2 tsp
parsley
2 tsp
cajun seasoning
1 tsp
cayenne pepper
2 c
cooked rice

Directions Step-By-Step

Cut chicken and slice sausage. Chop onion and green pepper. Put all in dutch oven, Add remaining ingredients except for shrimp. Bring to a boil, cover and Cook on low for 45 minutes. Ten minutes before eating, add shrimp and cooked rice. Allow to heat.
