Italian Balsamic Chicken
fresh parsley, minced
chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1Combine first 6 ingredients in a large zip-top bag.
2Add chicken to bag; seal and marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours.
3Remove chicken from bag and discard marinade.
4Grill chicken for 6 minutes on each side or until done.
5Cool. Cut into 1/4-inch strips.
