Ingredients For hot spicy chicken tortillas

4chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, cut in 1/2

1/2 tsppepper, ground

1/2 tsppaprika

1 tsplime juice

1 tspchili powder

2 Tbsphot pepper sauce

2 Tbspcajun seasoning

1red pepper, medium, julienned

1green pepper, medium, julienned

1yellow squash, thinly sliced

6 ozchick peas, canned and drained

1garlic clove, large and minced

1onion, medium, thinly sliced

1 Tbspolive oil

4tortillas, flour, 10 inch
How To Make hot spicy chicken tortillas

1In a fry pan, heat the oil over medium flame. Add chicken, onion and garlic.

2Cook, turning, about 5 minutes, until chicken is brown on all sides.

3Add peas, squash, peppers, cajun seasoning, hot pepper sauce, chili powder, lime juice, paprika and pepper. Cook, stirring, 10 minutes or until the vegetables are crisp tender.

4Place about 1/2 cup of chicken mixture on each tortilla. Roll the tortillas and arrange them on a platter.

5Garnish with salsa and cheese.
