hope's chicken tenders

You can use bread crumbs, but it just used what I had in my pantry. Serve these tenders with any sauce you prefer. I prefer chicken gravy. If you prefer not to fry, you can bake them in the oven . Spray the pan with cooking spray and bake at 400 degree for 20 minutes.

Ingredients For hope's chicken tenders

  • 3
    chicken breast
  • 1 c
    buttermilk 1
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 tsp
    garlic and herb seasoning
  • 1/2 c
    pepperidge herb seasoned stuffing
  • 1/4 c
    chef's finest garlic pepper crispy onions
  • 1/4 c
    shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 c
    flour with salt, pepper and garlic added to it

How To Make hope's chicken tenders

    Slice the chicken breast in 1 inch slices, and add the salt, pepper and garlic. Pour the buttermilk over the chicken. Marinate at least 2 hours.

    Prepare the flour. In a food processor, add the stuffing mix, onion, parmesan cheese and salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix until almost fine. Pour this mixture into a shallow pan. Beat 2 eggs and a little water in another shallow pan.

    Make an assembly line: chicken, flour, egg wash, and then the stuffing mix. Take the chicken and dredge it through the flour, dip it in the egg wash, and then in the stuffing mixture. Add it to hot oil. brown on both sides ( about 3 minutes on each side).

    Cook in small batches. Place the cooked chicken in a warm oven until you are finish with the other batches.
