- raw chicken wing sections
- 1 plastic container
- 1/2 c
- 1/4 c
- Olive oil
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Salt and pepper
- Accent no salt all purpose seasoning
1wash and dry the chicken wings really good.
2put the wings in a plastic container or bowl and add the olive oil, honey and seasonings.
3shake up the wings so they are well coated.
4let the wings sit and marinate for 10 minutes.
5then put the wings on a cookie sheet in a single layer, make sure you spray the sheet with lots of cooking spray.
6cook for 30 minutes, turning the wings once.
7Put the wings under the broiler to crisp them up.
