So many versions of Chicken Wings out there. From sweet, spicy, sticky and saucy. This is my version on wings. I serve these during my hubby's gathering of poker night. The guys love them!

Ingredients

4 lb
chicken wing sections (frozen is ok) discard wing tips
1/2 c
spicy brown mustard
1/2 c
honey
1/4 c
butter, cubed
2 Tbsp
lemon juice, fresh
1/4 tsp
turmeric, ground

Directions Step-By-Step

Line 2 15"x10'x1" baking pans with foil. Grease or spray the foil, place the wings into prepared pans.

In a small saucepan, combine mustard, honey, butter, lemon juice and turmeric. Bring this to a boil. Pour over chicken wings, turn until all are coated.

Bake @ 400 degrees for 1 hour 15 mins. until chicken juices run clear and glaze is set, only turn once.
