1/2 tsplemon peel, grated

3 lbchicken, broiler or fryer, skinned
How To Make honey glazed chicken

1Turn chicken; Cover and grill 20-40 minutes longer, turning and brushing 2 or 3 times with honey mixture, until juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut.

2Discard any remaining honey mixture.

3Heat coals or gas grill.

4Mix all ingredients except chicken; cover and grill chicken, bone sides down, 5-6 from medium heat 15-30 minutes.
