Created this last night for my husband and myself. It makes enough for 4 servings. It was subtle and delicious. This is the first of my recipes posted for weight loss. I am going to create recipes that are healthy and really taste good but more importantly are low in total calories. I have a long journey ahead but I have already lost 14 pounds. Time to make time for me! I hope you can enjoy some of my original creations along the way.

Slow Cooker Crock Pot
Ingredients For honey garlic crock pot chicken breasts

4chicken breasts cut into 3x3inch pieces

1 bagsliced green beans, or 2-3 cups fresh if available
- THE SAUCE
-
1/4 choney
-
4-6 clovefinely chopped garlic
-
1/4 cbarbeque sauce, the sweet type

1/4 csoy sauce
How To Make honey garlic crock pot chicken breasts

1Take the boneless, skinless chicken breasts and after cutting to chunks, place on the bottom of slow cooker.

2Mix all the sauce ingredients well and pour over chicken.

3Cook on high for 2 hours. Then add green beans. Stirring them into the sauce.

4Continue cooking on high for another half an hour or until the beans are cooked. If you use fresh green beans add them a half an hour earlier. Everyone's crock pots are a bit different. My high is pretty high. I use the temperature probe method to ensure the chicken is done but not overcooked.

5Serve over rice accompanied by a dry white wine and some good conversation. The only picture of have is of our left overs! If anyone makes this don't hesitate to add a picture!
