My grandchildren love chicken fingers and these are just right for smaller appetites.

Ingredients

3/4 lb
boneless, skinless chicken breats
2
egg whites, beaten
1 Tbsp
honey
2 c
cornflakes, crushed
1/4 tsp
pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

Cut chicken into strips 3/4-inches wide and 3 inches
long. In a small bowl combine egg whites and honey.
In another bowl, combine cornflakes crumbs and pepper.

Dip chicken into the egg white mixture, then the crumbs.

Bake on an ungreased baking sheet at 450 degrees for
11 to 13 minutes, until meat is no longer pink.

Serves four.
