Ingredients For honey-baked chicken

  • 1/3 c
    honey
  • 1/4 c
    vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    prepared mustard
  • 1 Tbsp
    curry powder
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 3 lb
    chicken pieces

How To Make honey-baked chicken

    Combine honey, oil, mustard, curry powder, and salt in a small bowl. Stir well.

    Place the chicken in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until chicken is done, basting with the honey mixture every 15 minutes.
