Honey and Orange Chicken

- 4 chicken breasts with bones and skin
- 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 4 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 orange, peeled and segmented
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
1Preheat oven to 375. Put chicken breasts in single layer in baking dish.
2Heat sunflower oil in small pan. Gently cook green onions and garlic until softened but not brown, about two minutes.
3Stir in honey, orange juice, orange segments, and soy sauce; cook until honey has completely dissolved. Pour sauce over chicken.
4Bake in preheated 375 oven for 55 minutes or until chicken is cooked. Baste with sauce every 15 minutes during cooking. Serves 4
