Ingredients

1 b-b-q chicken(deboned)
small meat grinder
1 tsp sea salt & pepper
1/2 green peppers cut in small pieces
1 tsp each of garlic powder,cumin,parley,chives,cayenne powder
2 eggs
1/2 c bread crumbs (regular)
1/2 c olive oil, extra virgin
bowl,mixingspoon,
1/4 c milk

and can be substituted with your favourite ingredients

 

Directions

1
Put pieces of chicken in the meat grinder until you have use all the chicken ,it will come out in crumbling pieces.

put in bowl,add all the dry ingredients and green peppers and mix together.

add 2 egg mix, slowly add milk ,mix until consistency is right and you can shape into patties .You can make 4 large patties.

heat frying pan on medium heat , add 1/2 cup of olive oil put patties in frying pan and fry 3 -4 mins on each side until brown.
Serve with rice, or potatoes and vegetables

You may substitute herbs for whatever you like and use also yellow or red peppers . Enjoy chicken burgers without preservatives and freshly made.

Kanerahtenhtha, these look and sound delicious, I don't care for peppers of any color though, so will probably substitute chopped sweet onion;YUM and additional garlic powder; another BIG YUM!! I'm a heart patient, so always looking for recipes with non-red meat ingredients.
