Home-Made Salt Free Spices. I thought Wow, How did I miss this one.
These were so Interesting I am Sharing.
Great for Many of us that need to Cut down on our Salt, Or Just need a Salt Free diet.

FOR SOUPS, STEWS, POULTRY: MIX TOGETHER, STORE IN SM. JAR

SEASONING FOR SALADS: MIX TOGETHER, GRIND IN BLENDER. STORE IN SM JAR
